Rapes may be crimes against humanity in DRC

The crimes commited  by  differents rebel groups in DRC could be a crimes against humanity says UN. -the rebel Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) killed 26 persons in 53 separate attacks on villages in the DRC last month.The rebels raped at least 387 people, a UN report said. LAR also kignapped 21 persons, including 10 children in highly attacks in orientale province in eastern of Congo. The report concluded that  about 200 combatants from FDLR, Mayi-Mayi attacked civilians in 13 villages in walikale territory in north kivu province.- by using rapes as a weapons fo war, as a mean of terror and to ensure that the enslaves of civilians by rebels breached international human rights law on protection of civilians.
